History: Two week hx of LHL lameness. Followed a sharp turn while running at the park. Has had some lameness in this limb previously, however normally short lived, resolves with rest. Has been receiving some meloxicam also, which helps a little but doesn't resolve the lameness. Has now run out. Foot now absolutely fine. EDUF all normal. 

Medications: Nil

Vaccination: UTD
Worming: UTD
Flea control: UTD
HW prevention: UTD

Examination: 
Mentation: BAR, lovely gentle girl
Body condition score: 6/9
MM: Pink, moist           CRT: 1s
HR:  84             RR: 16
LN: WNL
Temperature: Not taken

Ocular: WNL
Oral/dental stage: 1/5
Ears: WNL
Cardiovascular: No audible murmur, WNL
Respiratory: WNL
Gastrointestinal: WNL
Integument: LH paw completely healed. No skin lesions, swelling associated with this limb. 
Musculoskeletal: Grade 2/5 LHL lameness. Pes, metatarsus, tarsus WNL. No discomfort on palpation of long bones. Does resent manipulation of stifle but unable to elicit cranial drawer. Mild reduction in ROM both hips. No spinal pain. 
Urogenital: WNL
Neurological: WNL

Problem list: 
1) LHL lameness - ddx CrCL disease vs other soft tissue injury vs neoplasia vs other

Treatment: Nil

Plan: Discussed ddx with Kerry over the phone. Will trial continuation of the meloxicam liquid (2.1mg PO SID), however INI to lameness over the next 1-2 weeks, then next step imaging. Kerry happy with this plan.
