Owner update: O reports doing really well. No issues with walking, EDDU normal. No blepharospasm, ocular discharge, or redness noted. No issues applying chlorsig BID

Respiration: (20, clear)
Oral exam: Teeth (2/4) MM (Pink) CRT (=<2 sec) Moisture(Good)
Eyes/Ears/Nose: (Ears/nose clean and clear. No blepharospasm, redness, discharge, or obvious abnormalities of eyes. Normal PLR and menace, no anisocoria.)
Skin/coat: (Clean and healthy)
Abdomen: (Soft and comfortable)
Musculoskeletal: (Normal gait, ambulating well x4)  
Genitals: (DNA)
Temperature: (DNA)
Lymph nodes: (DNA)
Rectal: (DNA)
BCS: (5/9)

Problems: (Bilateral corneal ulcers, sinus arrhythmia)

DDx: (Irritation from snake bite)

Diagnostics tests: (Fluorescein stain
Faint glow over R eye, doesn't appear to be ulcerated, more scar tissue. )

Dx: (Ulcers appear resolved, but scarring present)

Treatment: (Nil today)

Plan: (Continue chlorsig BID for 7 days. Recheck if any negative changes.

Heart - can look to refer to cardiologist, but typically SA is benign so O is happy to monitor.)
