HISTORY: hotspots all good now, no concerns
EDUF all ok.  No v+/d+; no coughing.
Current medications: nil
Current diet: hypoallergenic food kibble- fish protein.
 
CLINICAL EXAM: 
Demeanour:  BAR very excited
BCS: 5 /9   Weight assessment: 2 runs a day at least 40 minutes each
Temp: 
HR: 100
No heart murmur detected
RR: panting
Chest sounds clear
MM: pink
CRT: 2sec

Coat: good
Skin: good
Lumps: NAD
Eyes: clear and bright
Ears: good

Dental grade: 2 /4 tartar on upper carnassial and canines. Has tried dental treats but he ends up burying them. Suggested he would need a dental soon and explained procedure. Dog too high energy for brushing.

TREATMENT:
Parasite control: UTD, nexgard spectra
Nails: trimmed most of front nails until too stressed. back nails okay to leave. applied muzzle towards end for caution.
Anal glands: hasn't been scooting but both were very full.

HISTORY: Liz presented with Harley. EDUF all ok. No v+/d+; no coughing. Occ gets little hot spots but o has neocort and this settles them down without any further issues.
Current diet: hypoallergenic

Demeanour:  BAR, anxious but good for PE
BCS:  5/9  Weight assessment: Good body condition.
HR: 120. No heart murmur detected
RR: Chest sounds clear
MM pink, crt<2secs.
Abdo palpation: NAD
LN: NAD 
Eyes: NAD 
Ears: NAD 
Dental grade: 2/4 (o going to add in dental treats but also consider s&p soon)

TREATMENT:
Vaccination: Protech Pi2 SC + BS oral (tolerated well)
Parasite control: NS monthly
Nails: Trimmed front nails. Getting too stressed / wriggly for back nails and these aren't as bad, so left these back nails today. O okay with this.
Anal glands: declined
