Re check up on the eye, to see if antibiotics worked.

History:
Seems to have improved a little but still has sore eye when wakes up in the morning. Tolerating eye meds okay. Has finished oral meloxicam. 

Exam;
BAR. HR, RR wnl. MMs pink, NAD abdo palp. Stertorous breathing. 
Eyes:
R eye still has diamond shaped ulcer centromedial cornea, associated iwth medial entropion. . Entropion bilaterally. Also a corneal opacity in L eye that wasn't noted next week, though that eye remains comfortable and fluorescin negative.

Assessmetn:
Suspect slow healing of ulcer due to ongoing irritation from entropion. Likely has "brachycephalic ocular syndrome"., and nasal fold may be contributing too. 

Plan;
Recommended surgery to correcrt nasal fold + entropion. Discussed surgery is delicate, can be performed here or at specialist. Recommended nares surgeyr at the same time to improve airways.
