Stifle joint hot and mild oedema, Grade 3 MPL and crepitus.  Problem list:1. RHL acute grade 3 lameness2. coughing - since birth Assessment:Discussed possible causes of lameness - bone pathology vs soft tissue vs ligamentous vs DJD assoc w MPL. Do not suspect fracture, suspect either MPL injury or CCL. Recommend strict rest and NSAIDs for 7 days. No stairs/jumping/running. Short 5min walks. Discussed give PUPD, meloxicam may not be appropriate. Recommend working up kidney vs endocrine Plan:    Vital Signs    Weight: 4.7;
