Prev hx with AG issues, has increased dietary fibre and O seen good improvement Current meds: none UTD with parasite prevention - due Bravecto and Milpro today. Declined PH-12 - reportedly done at more local clinic end of last year Due yr 1 KC vacc today CE:- Demeanour: BAR BCS 5/9, Eyes: all wnls, moderate epiphora wnls for breed, full ophthalmic exam not performed Nose: clear, no discharge Coat and skin: good coat quality, skin exam NAD, no ectoparasites detected mm p+m CRT 1.5s, no skin tent euhydrated, Oral exam: dental assessment - very headshy - dental grade: 2/4, 2/4 gingivitis, **recomm dental procedure** Chest ausc NAD, HR 128, RR pant no murmurs or arrhythmias detected, normal pulmonary ausc all lung fields, peripheral pulses strong and synchronous Abdo palp wnls, soft + comfortable, no pain or nausea, no organomegaly, LN wnls.
