Revisit reason: Wants more meloxicam
History: Had Patella lux Sx few years back and has been having trouble going up and down stairs
 - favoring LH
 - was given meloxicam - worked well
 -had one bout of GIT upset, stopped the NSAID and waited few days and restarted, has been fine since then 

 - O would like a script done

 - no swelling or pain response on palpation

Happy to do script for meloxicam 
If we get another GIT upset O to stop meds/ cease for few days / come back to change over to previcox
