Reason: Lump On FootAppointment Notes: MDHx: chewing LH foot again. Lesion similar to last time but lower down than last time.  UTD vax gordon. Simparica Does not have cushings symptoms eg not PUPD. UTD vax at another vetOther hx: Dec 2025 licked a bat. Went and got rabies vax. 30 days quarantine.PE: taken away from owner. Muzzled today for FNA leg but was otherwise ok. BAR, euhydrated, BCS 3/5, hr 120, RR pant. Temp.- EENT: mild tartarInteg: 0.3cm firm dorsal dermal lump Left lateral digit 5 2cm firm tissue - squeezed it and there was comedomes that came out. Rest integ ok. Lns: nadCardio: nadResp: nadNo lamenessNormal mentation Cytology: fna LH digit 5 lesion- RBCS, scant neuts 1/hpf. No other cells. Assessment: lesion LH digit 5 - most likely comedome/ possible folliculitis, less likely fb. Plan: Daily malaseb 7 days massage area. If painful/ swelling/ not resolving ok for cephalexin 2 weeks. INB dental scale/ biopsy/ explore foot. No estimate. Ecollar at home    Vital Signs

Reason: Sore Foot - Lump On Foot Appointment Notes: ghPrevious hx: 2cm x 0.5cm L metatarsal lump noted at gordon vets 24/4/25- FNA showed mucopurulent discharge. Concern for grass seed. Given amoxyclav. 04/25- L metatarsal lump FNAed at sash Balgowlah (hx not attached). Cytology showed blood. Hx: After last year the swelling L metatarsus responded well to antibiotics and did not swell again. This week has had started to lick the same area of the L metatarsus again. Area is sore and he tried to bite when owner touches leg. Meds: neocort last few nights applied to affected skin.  Not itchy elsewhere. UTD simparica trio. Diet: soaked kibble. No change. PE: BAR, euhydrated, BCS 3/5, HR 80. Barked aggressively when enter consult. Loves liver treats. Muzzled to examine foot and took him away from owner. So much better away from owner. EENT: mild tartarInteg: 0.3cm SQ firm lump right neckLeft lateral hind paw 1.5cm area alopecia and multiple comedomes. Squeezed some of these- greyish material milked out. Cytology: amorphous material only. Lns: nadCardio: nadResp: nadAssessment: comedomes L metatarsal- could be secondary to cushings/ atopy/breed related disorder (although usually on dorsum). Plan: Offered ecollar. Chlorhex SID and malaseb twice weekly 2 weeks to lesion. If cannot apply topical meds/ swelling seen ok for abs. --- 23/07/2025 13:54:02 LD: texted owner picture of paw and info as requested on the condition.
