Rochelle called a/h - concerned lethargic and not able to walk. Queried tick paralysis but able to stand, no V+/regurg and UTD Bravecto quantum inj Hx as per Dr Manczak - is emergency doc Walked this morning - 2km, normal amount of exercise for him Normally food driven - normally feeds royal canin + table scraps occasionally (meat) at night. Not fed table scraps for few days now BAR this morning. Normal stools on walk, no V+ Lethargic after 11am after walk. WOuldn't get up to greet guests. Seemed to pant more than normal Wouldn't jump into car this afternoon, yelped when getting out UTD Bravecto quantum inj given 24 Feb 2026 Examine BAR BCS 7/9 HR 120 no murmur or arrhythmias MM pink and moist CRT <2sec G 0.5/4 very mild tartar PM/M RR pant Abdo soft and comfortable on palp T 38.4 Rectal NAD - normal formed faeces Submandibular, prescap and popliteal LN WNL MSK normal hip ROM, no stifle instability. Pain on T/L palp Ambulating normally in cons Assessment Lethargy, panting Ddx MSK pain? No evidence of V+/D+ but Hx table scrap feeding. Discussed either doing full bloods + CPL vs analgesia trial - opted for latter Treatment Meloxicam 0.2mg/kg 0.19ml s/c Plan R/c INI tomorrow
