Mac has been a chronic enteropathy dog, with waxing/waning stools & historically on/off appetite. As a puppy (~10m old) presented to emergency for acute gastroenteritis (suspected from a bone marrow bone). Royal canin gastrointestinal diet was recommended for long term. since his hospitalisation there, Adym has a lot of anxiety around Mac going back to specialists D+ used to be responsive to prokolin as required, tried to streamline diet (SPD Prime 100 Kangaroo seemed to sit best with his tummy & was something he was interested in) - this temporarily helped. O committed in that he is very interested in investigating (scopes etc if requried) to try & identify a diagnosis.
