o concerned has uti, has had one in past 
Licking vulva allot since last week 
quite flat , hiding more 
not eating as much/reduced appetite
last heat in january - 6-8w ago - normally gets every 9mo 
no change in urinary frequency
ENTIRE FEMALE, hashad litters in past 

examination: 
still fairly bright but o says quieter than normal self
gums pink 
bcs 3.75/5 
mature nipples 
no visable vaginal discharge but has been cleaning self 
hr 128, no audible murmur 
chest clear
abdo palp , poss v s thickened uterus, no obvious discomfort/large structure
t 38.1 

unable to catch urine - too nervous

gave o pot to take home 

ddX: early/open pyo vs uti vs other systemic dz

rec drop in urine sample to rule out uti + desex + pabs - estimate made 

advised can do further dx first inc u/s and bloods but if open/early can be difficult to diagnose on imaging

o took urine pot, advised can desex today if fasted,  otherwise, wed-fri availability currently this week 

if more unwell/discharge commenced may start on ab's /rec bloods prior
