<p>Attacked by a neighbours dog through the fence <br>He put his face into the fence and the other dog bit him <br>The other dog was a German Shepherd <br>This occurred Friday 6 pm <br>EDDU - no d+/v+<br><br>PE: BAR, MM pink, CRT &lt; 1.5 sec, very good teeth, no discharge from eyes/nose, HR 120 regular, no heart murmur,  lungs clear,  abdo soft - no discomfort on palpation, <br>R side muzzle &lt; 2 cm diameter oval open wound, &gt; 1 cm deep and crusty at the edges <br>Bitten on R maxillary lip, before carnassial tooth, above PM teeth<br><br>Dx dog bite likely from a tooth puncture<br><br>Recommend: <br>Amoxyclav 400 mg BID with food for 10 days<br>Bactroban BID to wound <br>Clean with chlorhexidine and dry prior to applying bactroban <br>Recheck in 2 weeks or earlier if concerned </p>
