Reason: Itchy still on back History: Seen end of Jan for AD and secondary SBP cocci Home with abx and zenrellia Examination: Multifocal areas of pigmented scabbing over the dorsum, none on the ventrum. Not painful. Not associated with erythema. When removing some of the scabs, skin looks healthy underneath O notes that dog isn't able to itch at those scabs as she is too fat O notes that some of these scabs came off when washing dog 2 days ago Assessment: AD and SBP resolving Overweight, O aware Plan: Noted to Os that we don't know the underlying reason for the itch and secondary bacterial infection, but if it happens again, we can consider if we do something like skin supplementation, Hills dermcomplete/ RC Skintopic... or ongoing zenellia O requested Neocort in case for the future if this happens again
