Urogenital - nsfMusculoskeletal - Ambulatory. No swelling or lameness. Integument - nsfNeuro -Normal mentation and gait. Eyes - nsfLymph nodes - nsf Problem list:Chocolate ingestion. Wrapper ingestion. Assessment:Emesis brought up chocolate and wrappers. Client communication:STO about risk of chocolate and wrappers. Large dog and this amount of chocolate not in toxic range adn wrappers likely to pass but oner happy to induce vomiting. O declined charcoal. Treatment: Apomorphine right conjunctiva. Metoclopramide 0.2mg/Kg SC Plan:Home to care of owners. Vital Signs
