Reason: Gunky Eye. History: seen 7/2/35 and examination revealed signs consistent with ocular trauma. Current medication started on 7/3/25: Tricin ointment- direction: apply a small amount into the right eye twice daily. O struggling to administer tricin at home. Brought into clinic for assistance with administration. Examination: R eye closed with yellow discharge. Treatment: Does better in treatment area.R eye cleaned with damp swab to remove discharge. Found best restraint method was to hold 'like a baby'. Tricin administered into eye. Plan: try at home using the 'holding like a baby' method. Try and use treats or a toy. If unsuccessful then bring to clinic to admnister as on HPP.    Vital Signs
