<html><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><p>ventral abdominal rash pustular dermatitis all over belly and spreading to legs, axillae very inflamed<br>dorsum spared<br>ears fine<br>eyes are a little goopy<br>likely contact allergy from running through the paddock at round mountain - goes for a run in the paddock every couple of days<br>itchy<br>cytology confirmed neutrophils, cocci, no yeast seen<br>as spreading will put on cephalexin - 500mg bid x 10 days<br>zenrellia 8.5mg 2 sid for itching - supplied 2 week course, can ring and request more if needed.<br>also pyohex shampoo and leave on conditioner. apply the conditioner before she goes running in the paddock as a barrier, or put a t shirt on her. <br>brought vaccination up to date - nobivac BbPi given sc. </p></html>

T 38.7yellow purulent discharge from section of spey wound. the skin in the area has a spreading papular dermatitis. has also had a bloody vulval discharge that started a couple of days ago. looks clean here but owner said it has been all over their bed and on their couch this morning. she is well in herself, plenty of energy, behaving normallywill put her on a course of amoxyclav, revisit if the vulval discharge persists.

wore E collar when alone over weekend but was not bothering itkept her quiet but still occasional zoomies, a short lead walk helped with thishad cone off this morning and pulled the fixomul bandage off but feels it is looking better\wound has sealed well and no more discharge\some minor redness at cranial end but overall looks good, no pain when squeezed eitherreplaced fixomul only and gave them a couple more too, told to keep quiet for 2 weeks post-oprevisit if any discharge at all or any increased redness present
