Localised pruritus/dermatitisDifferential diagnosis: Atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, other issueInvestigations planned: Trial of new therapy.Treatment planned: Commence Barazone conditioner. Apply once weekly to affected areas. Wear gloves during application. Ensure fur is damp before application. Dispensed one tube. Cost discussed and accepted.Plan to re-evaluate based on response to treatment. Cytopoint injection considered a future option but less likely to be effective given the focal nature and lack of response to Apoquel. Advised to follow up regarding progress.
