Reason: Diarrhoea And LethargyNo diarrhoea overnight, passed some yesterday pm - more normal colour but still very liquidUrinated ++ on walkNibbled at SPD chicken overnight, eating fresh chicken wellIVFT running well, rate reduced to maintainence overnightMm pink, still slightly tacky so increase fluids to 2x maintainence this morningDog seems brighter and more keen for foodHeart ausc wnl, 100bpmAbdo palp wnl, can still feel fluid in intestinesTemp 38.4 - diarrhoea yellow/brown on thermometerIV checked and patent, no concernsSkin around anus a bit red but improving well - no vaseline needed today but monitor Has chewed a wart/small lump on R dorsal lumbarsacral region just in front of tail base, monitor but not concerned at this stageBlood results:- CBC all wnl except mild monocyte elevation - significance unknown, could be GI inflammation related but no other changes in WBCs- urea elevated consistent with dehydration, creatinine wnl, SDMA not run - low T4 (<10) - most likely sick euthyroid syndrome as no clinical signs of hypothyroidism, could also be due to cyclosporine. Keep in over the weekend medically managing diarrhoea with time, fluids and once eating consistently can try psyllium husk INI    Vital Signs
