Appointment Notes: Has d+ for a week, not improving. has appt Tuesday but doesn't want to wait until then. EHHistory:BIB: JanetTuesday PM - lots of D everywhere in the house.  Wednesday the faeces seemed normal.  Then Thursday D again.  Friday - more D and and today then 2 again this AM.   Has been actively getting her to lose weight.  Eating prime 100 kangaroo.  No change in the treats.   Sleeps most of the day inside.   There was a V yesterday.  Seems normal within herself.  Taking a long time to recover after a walk this week - more panty.  UTD with worming and tick and fleaExamination:Several retained deciduous canines.  Anal sacs very full on rectal exam.  Heart and chest sound okay.  Still overweight but only by 1-2kg now.Treatment:3mL Prokolin BID for 3-7 daysEmptied the anal sacs Plan:PP has popped a script on the system for metronidazole in the event she is still having lots of trouble in 3 days time.
