O noticed new lump on ventral abdomen this morning Has been vigilant with monitoring for new growths since grade 2 MCT was removed from RFL digit 3 earlier this yearHas been applying Novasone to the ears EOD - TIWAssessment:- Caudoventral abdomen approx. 4mm diameter, poorly demarcated, circular, pink, slightly raised hairless mass with surrounding irregular, flattened brown pigment - R caudoventral abdomen three, flattened, irregular, black, hairless lesions with surface scale - Midline cranio-ventral abdomen pea-sized, firm, mobile, deep SC mass- Mammary tissue palpating normally- L upper eyelid lateral canthus small, rounded, hairless mass- L lower eyelid ventral to lateral canthus hairless, cylindrical, pedunculated growth Plan:- FNA of pea sized growth to lab- Monitor other lesions for growth/change, may elect for removal- RV for removal of L eyelid margin lump if growing/causing corneal irritation - Continue Novasone TIW + external ear pinna surfaces Vetpath results:INTERPRETATION:Lipid material.COMMENT:The lipid material present may represent a lipoma. However, the absence of significant numbers of adipocytes precludes definitive diagnosis. If the mass does not clinically appear or behave like a benign lesion, excision and histopathology are recommended for further diagnostic clarification.Updated plan:Monitor midline cranioventral abdomen firm mass for growth - if concerned, rx repeat FNA or GA + removal Plan:O to monitor for growth/change or precipitation of new lumps - RV if concerned, otherwise recheck in 6 - 8 weeks
