Reason: Laceration On LegConsultation Time:1930History: Noticed a graze/cut on the left hind leg this morning @ 11.30am.Has not bled during the day but has started to bleed again (very small amount) when getting into the car and moving around. Unsure what has happened, most likely a graze from outside. Otherwise EDDU fine, no vomiting/diarrhoea. Recently adopted Obi. No underlying health concerns.Not on any medications.Subjective: QAR/anxiousObjective: Temp 37.8 MM Pink CRT <2s HR 80 bpm FP SSBCS: 5/9 Wt: 30.2kgPain Score (CSU): 0-1/4CV: No heart murmur/arrhythmia. RESP: Bronchovesicular lung sounds bilaterally normal, normal respiratory effort RR PantingGIT: Soft, pliable abdomen, no organomegaly, non-painful on palpation. U/G: Visible urogenital region NSF. Neuro: Mentation quiet, alert and responsive. M/S: Fully ambulatory x 4 limbs, no lameness, no obvious fractures.Integ: Has a fresh, clean superficial wound just below the left knee. Around 3cm in length and 2 cm wide. Very small drip of blood from wound but controlled. No visible exposed muscle/tendon/ligament.
