Reason: Ate Plastic Plastic Butter Container RTHistory: Ingested a small piece of plastic from a small butter tub.Just happened, well otherwise.  Examine:Clinical exam nadTreatment: Apomorphine 1tab mixed with water and given PO. Bear threw up a small piece of soft white plastic, and a oyster shell. Lots of dirt and debris in vomitus too.Metomide 3ml SC once stop vomiting. Assessment:FB ingestionPlan: Os said that they have oyster shells in the garden. Recommend to clean up their garden and get rid of the osyter shells so that Bear does not ingest any in the future.    Vital Signs
