Discussion                - Loose uterus, thickening of cervic and irregular but no obvious cysts. Very fatty ovarian pedicles 
Closure/materials       - Linea alba closure 2/0 PDM simple continuous, subcut 3/0 monosyn and intradermals 
Medications       - Meloxicam, Losec 
Outcome                    -  Good
Client Communication  - Everything went well and can go home tonight.                NB. Standard post op care includes 1/ Keep wound clean and dry and no bath for 1 week, 2/ Small meal only tonight, and 3/ Make sure not licking/pulling at wound otherwise will need an eliz collar. Recheck 2 weeks
