Current classification : Stage: 4 , protein uric  and prehypertensive


Substaging 

BP : ranging from >160 on average    mild Hypertension 

Proteinuria : Positive 

UPC : 2.1  





Plan: Aim is to :

1. Decrease reduce glomerular hypertension, filtration pressure, and proteinuria. 
2. Control Phosphorus. 

Based on IRIS recommendation : Start angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and feed a clinical renal diet,  however Tex doesnt like to eat his renal food. 

1) Initiate benazepril 0.53 mg/kg : 3.75 mg once daily.

Fortekor 5 mg : Give 3/4 of a Tablet SID Daily

2) Increase Aluminum Hydroxide dose to : 300mg per day. 
Give 1/2 tablet with food ( crushed and sprinkled over food )   if being fed once or 1/4 tab morning and night with food.
