Normal bronchovesicular sounds. Normal respiratory effort and character at rest.Abdo: comfortable on palpation. MSK: normal gait. Potential sultana ingestion - AKI risk A: emesis induced and Maggie brought up sultanas (counted 58 in total). Last vomitus was clear. Reversed with metomide and sent home with charcoal. Plan: Charcoal to be given with food within the next 1-2 hours. Expect black stools for next 48h. Recheck with RV on Monday for renal bloods.
