Undigested food, poo normal and formed. h: cleitn reporetd that patient vomitted yesterday and today medcaiton: nil vomittus material food cleitn reported that patietn tends to vomit after eating cleitn also reporetd that since discharge from visit with DH pateitn was doing well up till 6/3- first vomit- food material no diarrhea report e: vitals nad note: pateitn highly anxios will require muzzle, may turn aggresive, non complaintn fro u/s will require sedation xray: aerophagi noticed no segmental dilation or obstructive pattern appreciated a: git pathology cannot rule out fb presenc completely and pancreatitis p; medication dispensed; cernia zofran losec prokolin ongoign plan: if no clincial resultion to bring in for reassessment on monday to consider sedation and u/a + cpli home monitoring of perfusion parameters and hydration
