H- Main concern today is anxious and vomit in the car. only goes to groomer and vet now, started anxious and foaming in mouth not enough left the garage, and vomited multiple times with either food, bile or water. Has kept at front seat with leash attached to a special seat, still needs holding.- Wanting to bring her out more and to the daughter tomorrow, about 20-30 mins drive, staying for the dinner : go around 4pm and home around 7-8pm. - Diet with raw meat ( buff) and biscuit. Used to engulf food so now using slow eating matt. E- BAR, pink MM, still with deciduous canines, no heart murmur or arrhythmia, soft and comfortable abdomen, legs and spinal palpation NSF, superficial LNs NSF. - Loves liver treats, friendly but wiggle with excitement. A- Motion sickness and/or car anxiety P- Considering the anxiety has developed may or may not because of  true motion sickness, agreed to trial on both trazodone and cerenia together, giving 30mg cerenia and 12.5mg -25mg trazodone ( watch for level of sedation) together 60-90 mins prior to car ride once a day, O to update on the effectiveness, may need to adjust dosage according to the response. OK to pick up more load if happy with the result, or once manage the vomiting, to withdraw one of them to see if is more a true motion sickness or anxiety.
