Reason: Diah And Vomiting Please Put In Room Hates DogsHistory: Problem list:Had diarrhoea once yesterday but has passed normal stool since.Vomited twice yesterday.  Vomited a week or so again - vomited up dinner largely unchanged around 7hrs after eating it - advised that he probably had some degree of gut stasis leading to delayed gastric emptying on this occasion.Hasn't eaten today but was eating treats in the clinic.Had a lesion near his foot recently.Has an ongoing lesion on ventral thorax - looks a bit smaller.Still coughs - owner is going to try frusemide tabs previously supplied.Owner requested that I check his eyes.Examine: BAR, pale pink mm (normal for him), crt<2s.Ophth:  nad, no inflammation.Otic:  nadDental:  nadLNs: nadCV:  loud murmur, arrhythmia (sinus or other).  HR much slower than it used to be.Resp/Chest:  nad, RR<30/min.U/G:  nadGIT:  nad Neuro:  nadM/S:  nadInteg:  Lump on ventral thorax is smaller than a 5c piece, mildly raised, dark on surface.  FNA - round cells present - didn't look like mast cells and no degranulation.  Could this be a histiocytoma?Foot looks normal now.Plan: Giving this patient a GA is a last resort - suggested monitoring lump on ventral thorax for a bit longer.No tx req for GA signs today (offered maropitant but he hasn't vomited today, owner happy to skip it).
