Reason: Follow up callO rang concerned that Mia has now developed diarrhoea also - dripping out when sleeping and in and out a lot to toilet.Discussed progress since yesterday - hasn't eaten this morning, did have a big drink yesterday of the oralade as well as water, but did then vomit the fluid up again.Discussed only allowing small amounts of liquid at a time but very regularly.However, also expressed concern that she is still vomiting after all the treatment, ongoing concerns for her condition.Recommended revisit next week and may need further work-up if ongoing vomiting, or hospitalisation for CRI of anti-nausea medication until able to get her eating and drinking reliably without vomiting.Can book for ultrasound with mcs either Thursday, or Wednesday for an hour just before meeting if needed (let mcs know if booking).Recommended pro-kolin to help the diarrhoea - o will collect from Northgate this afternoon.
