Appointment Notes: torn dew claw tpcant come earlierRipped off bandage from previous stitch up LFL (due for s/r friday) In the process as possibly torn dew claw On ace 37.5mg PO for calming - works ok Examine: Due claw attached but skin is raw + mild amount of purulent d/c + appears as slightly split skin at connection to paw. Suspect bandaging issue from us has played a part Original stitch up site healing well Treatment:Cleaned with chlorhex Plan: 1. Cone on always2. Bandage off; O to clean dew clear with dilute chlorhex BID3. Continue meloxicam 4. Can increase ace to 50mg PO BID5. Recheck friday for s/r palmer aspect + recheck dew claw. Will likely need to extend cone wearing beyond this point for dew claw healing
