Likely related to underlying environmental allergies given seasonal pattern and history.PLANMedications/Treatments:- Cytopoint injection administered todayNew Meds/Tx:- Topical Dermotic drops prescribed for 5 days to provide anti-inflammatory effect- Preventative ear drops available for chronic cases (homemade flamdex solution used twice weekly) but current frequency of 1-2 episodes per year may not warrant prophylactic treatment- Owner travelling next week, treatment plan designed to prevent progression during absence    Vital Signs
