EXAMINATION: HR 120 mucous mem pink CRT < 2 seconds no murmurs RR NAD clera lungs Temp 38.3 abdo comforable ears- RHS and LHS yeast infection and RHS worse than the LHS ddown canals ok cytology shows +++ yeast bialterally rest of the exam NAD ASSESSMENT: bilateral otitis extrana TREATMENT: PMP BID PLAN: above and recheck in 1-2 weeks
