06/03/2026 HISTORY: Few days after vaccination (a week ago - 27/2) - developed swelling at site of the injection Swelling was much larger a few days ago, it has halved in size O reports he is well - EDDU normally, normal behaviour Examination: T: 38.3c 6cm diam firm swelling on dorsum - between shoulders. non mobile, non painful on palpation Aspirate of mass --> serosanguinous fluid. Assessment: Injection site seroma Plan: Meloxicam 0.1mg/kg PO SID Monitor for pain, discomfort, bruising and systemic symptoms (lethargy, inappetence) Revisit INI
