Reason: AG issues. Dec 2025- Abscess opened and drained. Flushed. Unable to unblock duct manually. Had meds: nclav and previcox. O is under the impression that needs to have AGs surgically removed. Noticed yesterday/last night discharge around the back end, uncomfortable- crying when touching area. Eddu nad. Current meds: - Forthyron 400ug 2.5mg SID. E: BAR. fully amb. BCS 7/9- has lost some weight since here in Dec. mmpmcrt<2s. panting loudly. L AG- expressed- brown thick liquid. R AG- 2x small holes where has ruptured externally, blood, thickened anal sac area. A: AG infection/abscess R side. P: Meds- Noroclav 1000mg BID 7d and Previcox 227mg SID 7d. Book in for AG removal surgery in a couple weeks time once resolved. Plan is for her to come in for a quick visit with a vet just before the operation to make sure the R AG has resolved enough that she is OK for surgery- no charge for this please.
