Reason: Weepy/puffy EyesHistory: - Eyes have been gunky for about a week and he's been pawing at them- Has been licking feet recently - cytopoint worked well for this in the past - O has increased heart meds to 2.5mg BID as he developed a cough (have advised this dose is too high so to return to 1/2 BID). Examination: done out the back with muzzle on BCS: 4/9BAR, very nervous HR 160, grade 6/6 L sided systolic murmur Both eyes have yellow gunky discharge at medial canthus and erythematous conjunctiva. L eye FL neg, R eye pinpoint ulcer towards lateral cornea Assessment: corneal ulceration R eye, bilateral conjunctivitis Treatment:Cytopoint 10mg SQ Tricin both eyes QID for 7 days Meloxicam 5kg dose SID for 3 days Gabapentin 100mg BID (as needed) Vetmedin 1.25mg BID Frusemide 5mg 1-2x daily Plan:Recheck ulcer booked for SatO to monitor cough and response to frusemide. If not helping, O will call and we can work out dose increase for her (likely trial 1/2 tab AM and 1/4 tab PM, and INI can increase to 1/2 tab BID)    Vital Signs    Weight: 5.2;
