07/03/2026 swimming a lot lately shaking head occaisonally been using opti ear or some ear cleaner monthly - epiotic used some this week and next day ear very red mometasone ear cream not been doing lately not had ear infection before otherwise well e/ BAR L ear ~5 cocci and yeast/hpf R ear ~20 mostly non-budding yeast/hpf mouth nsf rest of coat nsf heart nsf a/ OE both ears suspect wetting rather than skin allergies p/ Pred to settle irritation 2 days before start pmp then PMP 7 days/ recommend r/v in ~11-12 days continue epi-otic maintenance - BIW when swimming, otherwise SIW/EOW
