Reason: Still Won't Eat, Faeces Still Not Normal, O GoingHistory:  is eating chicken and rice + treats quite happily. Not wanting regular biscuits.Owner had to hand feed. Faeces improved but soft at the end and slightly increased frequency.No vomiting. Active.Only gave 2 days of prokolin. Only gave 1 neurontin.Examine:   BAR. Anxious dog.Abdomen comfortable. Nad on palpRectal wnl.Teeth dental disease but no reaction on palpation.Lymph nodes wnl.No lamenes.Assessment:  suspect colitis which is resolving.Laboratory:  cbc biochem, normal blood results.Plan:  chicken and rice based diet this week.Do full prokolin course.Can continue protexin.If faeces doesn't return to normal next week then send of faecal pcr +Owner can pay for faecal when back from holiday if needed.
