07/03/2026 owner call, no improvement since last weeks consult on 27/02 w/ SN. requesting to speak w/ TR or SN
have been no changes since last week. decrease in appetite, still eating but smaller amounts. stool not formed, diarrhoea, no visible blood in stool
o feels no other concerns, still herself, happy to go on walks, however is more lethargic as not eating much
o requesting meds to help with the issue and her upset stomach ?
JR mentioned prokolin which can help by firming up stool but another consultation is advised if no improvement -- Jr

07/03/2026 Called owner - reiterated that if more than pro-kolin is required, would require appointment and possible blood tests for investigation. Wanted appetite stimulant (mirtazapine?) - warned that usually we would give this to dogs that have not eaten for a while and patients we have performed some investigation for.

Dog is not drooling or vomiting or retching. Was hyporexic yesterday (ate 15-25% of normal chicken) but apparently normal in demeanour.
Faeces soft with mucus.

Gave options for probiotic over weekend or appointment - owners elected to try pro-kolin over weekend.
