Reason: Eye- Spot On Eyeball? Appointment Notes: eyes are not red or causing issue- O not able to come in before saturday but let them know if eye starts to cause irritation should try to make it in ESGAP?History: o noticed a lesion on the corneal surface of R eye, few days ago.  Dog doesn't appear bothered, no sign of pain, normal behaviour.No hx of injury but does stick head into bushes etc.Examine: small round flattish lesion about 2mm on the outer corneum, can see increased neovascularisation by the lesion.  Fluoro stain -ve.  Eye appears comfortable.  Assessment: possible injury but healing.  Plan: to keep corneal surface moisturised, recheck in 7 days if no resolved.    Vital Signs    Weight: 6.4 ;
