<p>Skin lesion seems worse - elocon cream cleared with R side skin lesion, but not the L<br>Is currently on elocon cream BID and her carbimazole tablets<br><br>Examination<br><br>Molly tolerant with handling today, but started to grumble after bloods<br>Bloods taken from R jugular for T4<br>Lesion on left side of face, starts up in front of ear, and extends down towards lip commissure. Appears as a hot spot type skin reaction. <br><br>Plan<br>Convenia given SC as is about to go into cattery<br>consider biopsy of skin (owner about to have surgery next week) - looks very similar to another case who recently was diagnosed with inflammatory skin change likely due to feline atopic dermatitis<br>Could consider apoquel trial (offlabel) as hasnt responded well to oral or topical steroids</p>
