Appointment Notes: ear problempainful ear and disrrhoea - slightly improved this morning this morning just scrambled egg - still eating ok never had ear troubel before . ear canal very stenotic difficult to examine - unable to visualise TM P hold off prednisolone until faeces back to normal revisit 6 days please with eo to assess response to therapy ( concern with owner / patient compliance )PLAN - if Diarrhoea no improve on Tuesday recommend :peptosyl 200mls - give orally 3 mls bid until 2 days past symptoms end ( over counter medication revisit check ears booked in 10days
