Examination Text:Reason: Lump Recheck ZL Appointment Notes: Overdue remindersHistory: mass on RH thigh not bothering him.O has been using malaceb weekly, which seems to soothe the skin but only for a little while.Now has patchy blad spots on HLs and he seems quite itchy around chest and belly.Itch scale has gone up and is now more around 7/10.Examine: muzzled Patchy alopecia (partial) lateral thighs. Broken hair shafts due to self excoriation.Thinner coat ventral and ventral lateral chest.No lesions.Face, feet NADDorsal back NADAssessment: likely atopy given breed and presentation.Treatment: trial cytopointTrazodone for future visits

Examination Text:Reason: VaccinationAppointment Notes: lump on leg previously checked seems to have changed clightly. Please recheck JJHistory: due for vacc. Itch ya little bit at the moemnt. Itch scale 6/10.Started using malaceb which seems to help.Itch yaround chest, back, lateral thighs.Lump on R thigh first noted approx 1 year ago. Not growing but has changed colour recently.Examine: muzzled.Gneralised thinning of coat. Most prominent lateral thighs (patchy alopecia), and ventral chest.CVE NADCutaneous growth on lateral thigh at level of stifle. Pedunculated, darkly pigmented (gray tinged colour). Approx 4mm long. Hairless. With a small scab underneath it.Laboratory: FNA mass- blood contamination only with few neutrophils and even fewer lymphocytes. Could not see any other cells.Assessment: inconclusive FNA, opened diagnosis at this stage.Treatment: protech Bb/Pi inj, proheart SR12.Client Advised: discuss lump and breed predisposition.Ideally excise and send for histo.Can also monitor but more diff to remove as gets bigger given its location.O would like to trial malaceb shampoo first. Ini consider cytopoint inj
