NOTES: Hx: recheck from yesterday still not 100% no vomiting or diarrhoea just still a bit lethargic whimpering when touched around tummy PE: BAR BCS:5/9 Integ/aural/ocular: clear no discharges, no erythema Lymph: LN all wnl no enlargements Dent: 1/4 teeth in good health Cardio: 136BPM, clear PR: SS, no audible murmur heard Resp: panting, clear bronchovesicular sounds, no cough on tracheal palp, Abdo: comfortable no pain or organomegaly palpated, no pain, moderate gas present on palpation Urogenital: clear, no discharges, swellings etc Temp: 38.6 plan: monitor for a few more days, if still an issue on monday return paracetamol 15mg/kg PO BID given prevomax injection 1mg/kg SC
