Resp effort v mildly elevated in consult.Inhouse bloods:V mild elevation urea (9.3)Lytes wnl.ASS: Slight progression of congestion.PLAN:Continue above meds.Add in Cardalis 2.5mg/20mg SID.Recheck comp profile 10 days.
