Reason - Rechk legHx - Going much better. Have stopped melox (5d ago) and gaba and now just on paracetamol. Slightly slow when first gets up. Have done walks to end of street and now slowly around the block. Once she raced up stairs by mistake but seemed ok. Exam - Subtle lameness RF but not head bobbing; mm pink; Temp 39.0. abdo NAD; cehst NAD; ears better and eyes better. Doesn't love pressure around scapula or flexion of shoulder but fine for rest of exam. Urine - ++ blood still - ??Hb or Myoglobin???Assessment - Leg improving. Not sure about blood though - need to follow this up. ??myoglobin due to muscle dx vs something else. Plan - Cont rest. occ naids as required. PHone VRH re blood in urine. Call back Tuesay.
