Seems well otherwise. Diet is Advance & chicken. Occasionally has had diarrhoea before and it goes away without tx. Indoor cat.On topical parasite control taht owners think treats internal parasites.Examine: QAR, mm pink, teeth good. Thorax nad, abdo nad. Limbs ok. BT 38.9C.Scanned and recorded mchip.Assessment: diarrhoea- ddx infectious, parasitic, dietary, other.Discussed in detail.Recommend we postpone vacc today due to diarrhoea.Recommend bland diet or Prokolin. O elect Prokolin.Treatment: 2ml Prokolin po bid until normal stools.If ongoing diarrhoea would recommend blood and faecal screening +/- diet change +/- abdo US...Plan: Postpone vacc approx 2 weeks until GIT all ok.Can just charge the vacc and no consult if all ok at next visit.**Forgot to bill the Prokolin- to get o to pay when next in- I have sent them an SMS***Telephone Call/ Text:: SMSHi Anna- I forgot to charge you for the Prokolin paste today- sorry.
