owner managed the ear drops quite well. 
still scratching a tiny bit but may just be his general pruritis

Previous medical/surgical concerns:
06/01/2026 - Mild otitis externa 
13/10/25 - yeast otitis and pododermatitis, pruritic tx. dex\keto
05/25 - Abscess on back (suspect grass seed/FB) + yeast infection in L ear tx. cytopoint
01/25 - C5 vaccine
previous ear infections and skin issues

Current medications:
aurizon sid both ears - finished day before yesterday
Apoquel 8mg PO SID 
fluconazole 100mg SIW? - only giving saturdays and sundays
Malaseb bathing of feet BIW 
Mometasone 1ml both ears SIW

ears slightly red - faint excoriation in L orifice. Canals clean/no dicsharge
Cytology - very rare cocci/yeast bilat

Assessment:
otitis essentially resolved. mild inflammation may be allergy or groomer related
scant level microbes - suggest do 1 dose of dex/keto/enro today

Treatment:
1ml dex/keto/enro both ears

Next vaccination due: 

Plan: start using elocon in 10 days time, siw-biw
