Reason: Urinary Incontinence Since Starting PredAppointment Notes: ***BVC PATIENT***Inappropriate urination/ incontenence yesterday while dog's asleep. No discoloration no straguria. EDD normal. Debbie's concerned as maggie's husband's dog and husband's away. Incr drinking and panting since started on pred 4 days ago. Was on 0.21mg/kg BID for the first 4 days and today will start the slow weaning period. Dog's not itchy any more with allergy Recommended to finish the pred course as per label. PUPD and appetite should slowly go back to normal as we reduce the pred dose. And should completely resolve once the course's finished. No recheck requried. Vital Signs
