Otitis externa right ear - yeast<br><br>- Impression: yeast otitis externa, improved but residual clinical signs<br>- Treatment: ear wiped clean, Osurnia instilled (one-off dose today)<br>- Keep ear dry for 2 weeks<br>- Recheck in 2 weeks to ensure infection fully resolved<br>- Discussed ongoing ear hygiene particularly in spring/summer months<br>- Could be candidate for long-acting maintenance medication during these seasons if more than one case of otitis externa per season<br><br>2.
