Patient presented for: Recheck following HBC --> sedated rads and wound exploration
Patient has been: Doing well, no concerns. Starting to play and wrestle with dog again
Owner remarks: Happy with how he is going. Walking really well at home
Medications: Finished all meds - reports was difficult to give to him

Assessment of Incision/Surgical Site
Wounds healing well - no inflammation, discharge, discolouration, infection, etc.

Physical Exam:
Mentation: BAR
Eyes: Clear, no discharge or blepharospasm, conjunctival and scleral vessels WNL
Ears: Minimal discharge and not inflamed
Nose: Bilaterally symmetrical, no discharge, patent nares
MMs: Pink and moist, CRT <2s
Dentition: G0.5 periodontal disease
Cardiac: Nil murmurs or arrhythmias, femoral pulses strong and synchronous, HR: 160
Respiratory: Normal respiratory effort and bronchovesicular sounds
Abdominal palpation: Soft and comfortable
Peripheral LNs: Submandibular, prescapular and popliteal LNs palpated WNL
Musculoskeletal: Ambulating well
Integument: Good skin and coat condition
